Question: Can you provide child safety seats?
Answer: Yes, we can provide child safety seats or booster seats. NOTE: A reservation with a request for child safety seats must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
Florida Child Seat Law
The state of Florida legally requires children 5 years of age and younger to be secured in a car seat or booster seat.
Children 3 years old and under must be secured in a rear- or forward-facing car seat with a harness.
Children 4 and 5 years old may be secured in a car seat OR booster seat until they reach 4’9” in height

Answer: Gratuities are at the discretion of the passenger.
Question: What if I run late to my pickup? Do you charge for waiting time?
Answer: Luxury Wheels gives a grace period of 15 minutes after the pickup time free of charge. However, if you run late for the pickup by more than 15 minutes, We will charge you for the entire minutes late. (Example 1: If the pickup time is 10 AM and the passenger arrives at 10:15 AM, no waiting time will be charged. Example 2: If the pickup time is 10 AM and the passenger arrives at 10:20 AM, the waiting time charge will be 20 minutes. Waiting time is charged based on a pro-rated hourly rate depending on the car class.
Question: How will I know when my car has arrived and who is my driver?
Answer: Your uniformed driver will be holding a sign containing your name, which will make it easier for you to find him. The "meet and greet" is a great way to be welcomed by our company. If you can't find your driver please call the numbers provided in your confirmation for us to arrange a pick-up point. Please note that failure to call and leave the airport will cost you "NO SHOW" charges which are equal to full airport transfer rates.

Question: How do I pay for the limo rental?
Answer: Once your date is confirmed, you will receive an email with an invoice, the invoice will include a deposit, The deposit amount will be 30% to 40% of the total rental amount, and you will receive a second invoice a few days before your rental pick up date, To pay the Remaining Balance
Question: What do I need to know before booking?
RENTAL AGREEMENT: You will need to sign our rental agreement prior to or at the time of pick-up.
AGE REQUIREMENT: You must be 21 years old to rent this vehicle. Please do not book if you are under 21.
INSURANCE: You are REQUIRED to show FULL-COVERAGE transferable US auto insurance.
DEPOSITS: If have full coverage of transferable auto insurance we require a security deposit of $2,000 to be paid prior to or at the time of pick-up. This must be paid with a major credit card only with the same name as the guest renting the car. This deposit is fully refundable upon return of the car with no damages and abidance to our policies.
REQUIRED DOCUMENTATION: We require a driver's license and a major credit card. For guests outside of the US, we require a passport along with an international driver's license.
ADDITIONAL DRIVERS: Maximum 2 drivers per contract and both must be present and show insurance coverage.
